Lots of jobs I am applying for are asking for experience in this software. This 1st interview I went to today for some job asked me this question. I was wondering if it is worth it to buy one of this CD’s to learn something about the software.
The only experience I have with it is doing a presentation on it for my accounting in formations systems class. It seems REALLY easy to use, especially the AP, and AR duties. I have a BBA in Finance and obviously have experience with computers (word,excel, PP, etc..).
I guess what I am asking is if these learning quickbooks cd’s from places like best buy would help me? Do they go into more advanced features like reconcilling? Or do they just do the basics (which wouldn’t really help me anyways since they are easy to pick up and it would just be a waste of money for me).
